The villa offers 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each adorned with luxurious furnishings and equipped with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies offering scenic views.
Find relaxation and tranquility as you spend time in multiple sit-out spaces across the premises, including a picnic table under the mango tree on the lawn, poolside tables, sofas on the lawn, and a vast table on the rooftop.

The property’s key features are its serene location amidst green verdancy, private plunge pool, and overlooks of gorgeous landscapes. For your comfort, the villa provides a generator, AC, Wi-Fi, barbecue kit, wardrobe, hangers, torch, geysers, towels, toiletries, medical kit, mosquito repellent, and secured parking space for up to 3 cars. However, please note that this is not a wheelchair-friendly or pet-friendly property.
The villa has three cosy bedrooms, all located on the first floor, with amenities such as king-sized beds, Wi-Fi access, and ACs. Two bedrooms have attached bathrooms. In total, there are two attached bathrooms and one common bathroom, all with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
The first floor of the villa has a spacious living room adorned with comfortable furnishings for up to eight people, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The dining area can seat up to nine people. Guests can relax in the private swimming pool, measuring 15×12 ft. and 4.5 ft. in depth, and enjoy the serene surroundings. The basement features a barbecue area, and guests can also take a walk on the walking path or use the designated kids’ play area. A temple is also located on the premises.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Instead, guests may ask the caretaker’s assistance, and ingredients will be charged as per actuals for the same. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are also available.
The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. The host is not present at the property, but a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help guests have a perfect stay. Unfortunately, the property cannot provide accommodation for personal staff.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool and savour the tranquil surroundings within the property. They can play indoor games like cards and ludo or enjoy a barbecue meal while their kids play in the kids’ play area. Guests can also take a soothing walk in the mornings or go birdwatching and admire the Kingfisher and other bird species that are seldom spotted here.

Before booking, please note that guests are advised to remain cautious due to the presence of snakes, insects, bugs, crabs, and reptiles around. A friendly dog resides on the property, and guests do not have access to the storeroom, staff room, and a few lockers. All-male groups are not allowed, and please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. There is a CCTV camera for security purposes. Additionally, guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendors for any events at the property. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
