– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
– One of the bedroosms situated on the ground floor is equipped with a bed which is relatively low in height.
– Amenities such as an AC, double beds and ensuite bathrooms are offered in all the bedrooms.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– This boho-chic home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, furnished with plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It boasts beautiful artwork and eye-catching knick-knacks spread throughout.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi access and music system.
– The exteriors of this home feature a manicured garden, ideal for hosting events. It is embellished with cosy seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– Guests can unwind and relax in the private swimming pool, 25×10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2000 per person, per day. Please note that this price is exclusive of taxes.
– For groups of less than 6 people, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
– Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay at this Lonavala villa. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

Ukiyo-884 Serene is a brand new apartment located in the lush greens of Candolim. It’s under 2 Kms from the Candolim beach and boasts views of the green fields of Goa. Its a short 500 metre drive to Burger Factory, Nerul. Guests have access to a beautiful common rooftop pool overlooking the Nerul river and the greens of Saipem Hills. It’s a fully loaded apartment with all the amenities one could require. We provide daily housekeeping and other services related to vacations in goa.
