The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 3 cottages – all are 1 room independent cottages.
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a heater, AC, king-sized bed, electric kettle and attached bathrooms.
– All cottages open up to an attached patio overlooking the serene surroundings.
– 2 cottages also offer a TV.
BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms – 3 attached and 1 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in 2 bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS
– There is a living room on the ground floor of the common cottage.
– It can seat up to 16 people.
– The living room is equipped with a heater, dongle, TV and a bar area.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for 6 people.
– There are 2 beautiful lawns.
– One lawn is 500 sq. ft. and can seat 20 people.
– The other is 300 sq. ft. and can seat 12 people.
KITCHEN
– There are kitchenettes in 2 of the cottages.
– Guests may use the kitchenette for reheating purposes and to make simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 450 for veg meals and at Rs. 550 for non-veg meals.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is sometimes present at the property but is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 4 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day, inclusive of meals.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace the beauty around. They can also set up a tent and camp, request for a bonfire to be lit up.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per 2 hours for a small bonfire and at Rs. 3000 per 2 hours for a large bonfire.
– Tents for camping can be set up, at 24-hours prior notice, at an additional cost of Rs. 4000 per day for double occupancy and at Rs. 2500 without beds for kids.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– There are 3 friendly dogs residing at the property.
– Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the electrical appliances for up to 24 hours.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests will not have access to the main lawn area when the host is present at the property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
