HOME TRUTHS
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for 10-12 hours. Diesel charges for the generator will need to be paid by the guests at the property.
- There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas (swimming pool, main gate, villa entrance) for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property.

UKIYO-228 is special because of its modern decor and proximity to the beach. It features five bedrooms with garden views, AC, WiFi, king-sized beds, and attached bathrooms, and five attached bathrooms with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries provided in all of them. One of the ground floor bathrooms has a bathtub.
Common areas include two living rooms on the ground floor, offering WiFi, AC, music system, and seating for 12-15 people each, with one of them featuring a TV. The dining room, part of the living room, has AC, TV, and seating for 10 people. The property also features two lawns, one balcony, one pool deck, lounge, and bar counter, with a heated pool that can be used at an additional cost of Rs.8500 per day. Guests are requested to inform us about availing of this service 24 hours prior to their arrival.
Guests can enjoy a swim, lounge by the pool or lawn, fire up a barbecue or play indoor games like chess and cards. For staff accommodation, we can provide two different rooms for four staff members at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.
At this property, pets are welcome but there are certain policies that must be followed. Only up to two pets are allowed at an additional charge. It is important to note that pets are not allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area, and are also not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets in the villa. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. To prevent any pet hair from falling into the food, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen. Guests are also advised to carry their pet’s favorite blanket as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. It is highly recommended to groom pets prior to arrival, especially if they tend to shed, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
The host is always accessible via call or message, and a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
