• Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property."

• Ukiyo Stays will do its best to accommodate any reasonable modifications or changes, but the Guest should be aware that some changes may not be possible. Charges may also apply.

-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - 80% refund to the customer
-Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check in date - 40% refund
-Cancellation within 45 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
• Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided
