Indulge in an all-day meal package of freshly prepared North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialities. The package comprises lunch (first meal after check-in), evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).
House Rules
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your holiday, however, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Only trained dogs are allowed in the villa.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the villa and staff with the same respect and care as they would their own home and personal staff. A lot of effort has been put into making this home into a lovely space to be enjoyed by guests.
• Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

• Ukiyo Stays will do its best to accommodate any reasonable modifications or changes, but the Guest should be aware that some changes may not be possible. Charges may also apply.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount.
-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - 80% refund to the customer
-Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check in date - 40% refund
-Cancellation within 45 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
• Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided

One of the bedrooms boasts an attached balcony with a spiral staircase that provides direct access to the pool.
Well-Appointed Bathrooms:
A total of eight bathrooms adorn the villa, including five attached bathrooms, one common bathroom, and two poolside changing rooms.
Every attached bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, essential toiletries, and a separate dressing area.
