• Loud music is allowed, however, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post-midnight.• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.

• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Ukiyo 246 is a one-of-a-kind villa, designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and convenience. The villa features modern interiors with leisure amenities, including a spa room, and is in close proximity to the beach.
There are four spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a variety of amenities, including a king-sized bed, AC, and ensuite bathrooms. The villa also features seven bathrooms, four of which are ensuite and three are common. All bathrooms are modern and equipped with towels and basic toiletries, with two of the attached bathrooms offering a bathtub.
The villa boasts two expansive living rooms, one in each building, with the first living room accommodating up to nine people, and the second living room accommodating up to four people. The dining room provides comfortable seating for up to ten people and is equipped with AC.
The exteriors of the villa are just as impressive, featuring an infinity pool that is 56×15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth, a lush lawn with a gazebo, and an indoor games room with AC. The room includes a pool table, poker table, table tennis, air hockey, carrom, electronic dart board, and roulette.
To ensure your absolute comfort, the villa provides several amenities such as a generator, AC, wardrobe, hangers, torch, washing machine, geysers, towels, toiletries, medical kit, mosquito repellent, barbecue kit, bonfire, and secured parking space for up to four cars.
The property is also pet friendly, with certain rules to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your pet. Only up to two pets are allowed at an additional charge. It is important to note that pets are not allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area, and are also not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets in the villa. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. To prevent any pet hair from falling into the food, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen. Guests are also advised to carry their pet’s favorite blanket as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. It is highly recommended to groom pets prior to arrival, especially if they tend to shed, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
The villa’s kitchen is not accessible to guests, but it is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
Guests have access to the entire villa, with the host accessible via call or message at all times. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day.
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim in the infinity pool and bask in the sun. They can relax and unwind on the sun beds or play indoor games. Water sports on Kashid Beach can be arranged for an actual cost. Guests can also take a peaceful walk around the neighborhood and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
Ukiyo 246 is located in Kashid, a beach town located nearly 30 km away from Alibaug, famous for its beautiful clear water, white sand, and cliffs. While you’re here, we recommend visiting the Murud Janjira Fort and enjoying water sports and beach shacks on Kashid Beach. Visit the Phansad Bird Sanctuary. Go for some shopping near the beach.
