• This is not a pet-friendly property.• In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa.
• The outdoor area is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
Children must be supervised all the time while the terrace is accessed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
• Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed at the villa.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– This boho-chic home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, furnished with plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It boasts beautiful artwork and eye-catching knick-knacks spread throughout.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi access and music system.
– The exteriors of this home feature a manicured garden, ideal for hosting events. It is embellished with cosy seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– Guests can unwind and relax in the private swimming pool, 25×10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
KITCHEN

FOOD

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay at this Lonavala villa. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
