Ukiup 425 is the perfect vacation home because of its convenient location, unique pentagon-shaped plunge pool, eclectic-themed interiors, colonial decor, and stunning views. To ensure your absolute comfort, we provide an inverter, AC, and Wi-Fi on the ground floor, a wardrobe, hangers, a torch, geysers, towels, toiletries, a medical kit, mosquito repellent, and a bar. There is also a curbside parking space for 2-3 cars.
The bungalow features three bedrooms, all located on the first floor, with AC, double beds, and attached bathrooms. All rooms offer a beautiful hill view. There are four bathrooms in the villa, with three attached and one common. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries, and a separate wet and dry area.
The common areas include a living room that seats up to 10 people, equipped with AC and a portable music system. There is also a separate dining room with an attached patio that seats up to 8 people. Relax in the private pentagon-shaped plunge pool, which is 4 ft. in depth or enjoy the common outdoor sit-out besides the plunge pool with rattan furniture. A bar counter is also available for guests to enjoy their favourite drinks.
Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and water filter. Crockery and cutlery are available.
Please note that in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property from 9 AM to 9 PM to resolve any concerns and ensure a perfect stay.
Staff accommodation can be provided for one male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff member will be accommodated in the staff quarters.
Guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo within the property. Guests can also carry a book to read or enjoy their drinks at the bar counter.
A few things to note before booking – the property has CCTV cameras that capture external areas, pets are not allowed, there is no TV, and the air-conditioner in one of the rooms may cause some disturbance. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available only on the ground floor, and the network is subject to availability at any given time. However, mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well.
Lonavala is an escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, making it one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. While you enjoy your stay at El Cottage, nearby places and activities we recommend include visiting the Bushi dam, experiencing the thrill of the theme park in Imagica, having some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum, or enjoying a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.
