House Rules
• Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same.• Guests are requested to remove their footwear before entering the villa.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors, especially in the living area and bedrooms, is not permitted.
• Swimming in the lake is strictly not allowed.
• Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with king-sized beds, AC, Wi-Fi access, separate seating areas, attached bathrooms, and attached balconies overlooking the lake. There are 6 bathrooms in the villa – 4 attached, 1 common, and 1 powder room. All attached bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
The living room is on the first floor and features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing ample natural light. It has comfortable sofa-seating for up to 7 people and is equipped with a TV, wired music system, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera. Either side of the living room opens up to terrace lawns offering 270-degree views of the mountains and the lake with seating arrangements for 3 people in each. The indoor dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people comfortably.
The al fresco dining area is on the ground floor and equipped with several seating arrangements, including swings, charpais, and chairs. Next to the al fresco dining is the private swimming pool, 40x8ft. in size and 5ft. in depth, with an attached kids’ pool as well. The pool deck offers a bar area with several seating arrangements for guests to relax and lounge in. There is a sprawling lawn with mango trees and an attached gazebo offering stunning views of the lake and the mountains, which can seat up to 40 people at any given time.
There are 2 kitchens, indoor and outdoor. Guests do not have access to either of the kitchens. If guests wish to use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, they may do so with prior approval. Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
The property provides handpicked experiences to its guests, including a refreshing splash in the swimming pool or indoor games like cards, ludo, or monopoly. Guests can lounge in the terrace lawns and gazebo amidst picture-perfect views or indulge in outdoor sports in the sprawling lawn. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty, cherish the authentic farm experience and indulge in plucking fresh, organic vegetables or enjoy reading a book peacefully amidst gorgeous views. Guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the bar, and a barbecue session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per session.
The host is not present at the property, but a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff is available until 11 PM, and in case of any assistance post that, an additional charge will be levied. The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen, which is not accessible to them. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
We want your stay to be comfortable, so here are some important details. The living room does not have an AC, and we kindly ask that furniture not be moved. The property has friendly animals and CCTV cameras for security. The road leading to the villa may not be concrete, and insects may be present in the evening. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and Jio and Airtel mobile networks work well.
