• Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount.
-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - 80% refund to the customer
-Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check in date - 40% refund
-Cancellation within 45 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
• Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided

The Villa:
The villa features a ground and first floor, complete with an infinity pool and a private .
Bedrooms: There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each room comes with an attached bathroom and a double bed, accommodating up to three people with an additional bed or mattress. Fresh linens, pillows, and wardrobes are provided for your comfort. The villa features a spacious and well-maintained private back ideal for relaxation and gatherings. The villa can easily accommodate 15-20 people.
Living Room: The spacious living area is located on the ground floor and includes a flat-screen color TV with a DTH connection. The dining area can seat eight people, and the vintage furniture creates a well-lit and inviting ambiance. Enjoy a direct view of Pawna Lake from the living room.
Bathrooms: The villa boasts three private bathrooms, one in each room, along with one common bathroom. The modern bathrooms are equipped with geysers for a constant supply of hot water, and essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided.
Kitchen & Meals: The villa’s kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery, and a water purifier. Please note that cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Barbecue arrangements can be made at an additional cost with advance notice.
Pool: Enjoy the luxury of a private infinity pool that overlooks Pawna Lake. The pool can easily accommodate up to ten people and measures 30ft x 14ft with a depth of 5ft.
Entertainment: Indoor games are available for your entertainment, and karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, with the exception of one bedroom on the first floor. The villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with its lake-facing infinity pool and vintage interiors. Complete privacy is guaranteed in the private rooms, ensuring a memorable stay.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.
Additional accommodation for a male staff member can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.
