Ukiyo 451 location in the midst of vivid green hues makes it quintessential for nature lovers. The villa’s proximity to Lonavala’s famous tourist attractions is an added advantage. To ensure a comfortable and secure stay, guests are requested to read the Home Truths, House Rules, and Policies thoroughly. Ukiyo 451 property, which means it offers premium services and a unique experience that sets it apart from other properties.
The villa’s six bedrooms are equipped with AC, and four rooms have a TV. Four rooms offer king-sized beds, while one room on the first floor has a queen-sized bed. The bedroom in the basement has two single beds. Please note that the bedroom in the basement and the kids’ room on the first floor are relatively small. There are four attached bathrooms and one common powder room on the ground floor, one common powder room in the basement, and all attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
The living room on the ground floor provides comfortable seating arrangements for 20 people and is equipped with an AC. The private swimming pool (18x18ft in size and 4ft in depth), and the jacuzzi (not temperature controllable) is accessible at no additional cost. The basement has a gaming zone with a table tennis board and a poker table, a dance floor, and a theatre room. Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals, but it is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for 20 people.
Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen and two bars. The host is not present at the property, but a trained and responsible caretaker is available to resolve any concerns and ensure a perfect stay. Please note that there is no separate staff accommodation, but staff members can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa at the same cost as an extra person.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool or play indoor games. Guests may also relax and enjoy their favorite movies in the theatre room, dance away on the dance floor, or indulge in a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Ukiyo 451 offers add-on services such as a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
To ensure a comfortable stay at our property, we have a few important points to note. Unfortunately, we do not allow all-male groups or group bookings for guests aged 18-25. Non-vegetarian food is not allowed, and loud music after 10 PM is prohibited.In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support some appliances. The basement room is small, and one of the first-floor rooms is comparatively smaller. Guests do not have access to both bars, and while we offer WiFi, it is subject to network availability.
Nearby attractions include Bushi dam, Imagica theme park, celebrity wax museum, and Tiger or Sunset Point. The property is located 75 km from Pune Airport. Distance from Lonavala Railway Station – 2.5 km. Distance from Local Market – 2 km.
