Please note that the living rooms are not equipped with AC.
The dining area is part of the ground floor living room, with a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 10 people.
The villa’s exteriors feature a sprawling 7,500 sq. ft. garden with a water fountain.
The glasshouse offers stunning views of the valleys and mountains, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.
Kitchen:
Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises.
A water purifier, crockery, and cutlery are provided.
Food:
Barbecue meals can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 999/- per person (Veg/Chicken), including Veg/Egg/Chicken Biryani.
Regular meals can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 1600/- per day per person for chicken/egg meals, and Rs. 1800/- per day per person for mutton/fish meals.
Any additional items ordered will be charged separately.
Non-vegetarian food consumption is allowed.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire villa. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some shared amenities may have restricted access.
Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but can be reached via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker will be available to address any concerns and ensure you have a perfect stay.
Staff Accommodation:
Accommodation for 4 female staff members can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day (excluding meal charges). The staff will be accommodated in-house.

In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
The caretaker resides on the premises and is available from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additional services from the caretaker will be charged separately.
A baby bassinet can be provided upon request.
The home theater room is accessed from the outside and is not connected to the villa.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, subject to network availability.
All mobile networks work fairly well in the area.
Due to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome, but only up to 1 pet is allowed.
Pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
Please clean up after your pets both inside the villa and in the garden area.
Pets are not allowed inside the kitchen to prevent pet hair from falling into the food.
Please bring your pet’s favorite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa are not accessible to them.
Groom your pets prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in if a pet accompanies the guests.
