• Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Please do not carry any food/drinks, glassware or jewellery when in or around the pool. Smoking while in the pool is strictly not permitted.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• Ukiyo Stays will do its best to accommodate any reasonable modifications or changes, but the Guest should be aware that some changes may not be possible. Charges may also apply.

-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - 80% refund to the customer
-Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check in date - 40% refund
-Cancellation within 45 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
• Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided

KITCHEN
• Please note that guests do not have access to the kitchen.
• However, a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and water filter are available for your convenience.
• Crockery is provided for up to 15 people.
FOOD

• We offer in-house vegetarian meals at an additional cost of Rs. 550 per day, per meal.
• Non-vegetarian meals are also available in-house for Rs. 650 per day, per meal.
• For guests who prefer mutton and fish meals, they can be availed for an extra charge of Rs. 750 per day, per meal.
• Barbecue meals can be arranged for Rs. 900 per person, per day.
• Alternatively, guests can choose to order from nearby restaurants or dine out.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the pool. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but can be reached at any time via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is available to address any concerns and ensure a perfect stay. If guests require the caretaker to procure specific items, an additional charge will apply.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
While there is no separate staff accommodation, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as the extra person charge.
ACTIVITIES
Guests can enjoy a variety of activities within the property, including indoor games such as carrom, pictionary, and cards. Additionally, they can take a refreshing dip in the 36×16 ft. swimming pool. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are opportunities for badminton, barbecues, and bonfires.
ADD-ON SERVICES
A bonfire can be arranged for an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. Please note that prices may vary based on availability and peak season rates.

Any items procured by the caretaker on guests’ behalf will incur additional charges.
This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges or those using wheelchairs.
Please note that CCTVs are installed throughout the villa.
Ukiyo-506 is a standalone property.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, but network availability may vary.
Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi generally have good reception in the area.
Due to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as part of our standard pet policy, we allow a maximum of 2 pets at an additional charge. Pets are not allowed inside the pool or in the poolside area. Additionally, please ensure that your pets do not climb onto beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. It is essential to clean up after your pets both inside the villa and in the garden area. As a preventive measure, pets are not permitted inside the kitchen to avoid any possibility of pet hair falling into the food. We recommend bringing your pet’s favorite blanket as the towels and blankets provided in the villa are not accessible for them. Guests are advised to groom their pets before arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be challenging to remove.
