Additional rules
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors of the villa. If found smoking villa result in a fine or even expulsion.
2. No outsiders are allowed inside the villa.
3. No Glassware is allowed inside or near the Pool. However, feel free to carry plastic glasses or cans if you must.
4. We don’t allow any non vegetarian cooking in the villa. Even our on call chef is a vegetarian cook.
5. We kindly request you to be respectable towards your neighbours and make sure there’s no loud music outdoors of the villapost 9 P.M.
6. We take a security deposit of INR 20,000/- at the time of check in which will be refunded at the time of check out afterchecking the villa.
7. Kindly spit chewing tobacco and throw cigarettes in the right place and manner to avoid fines.
8. We use very expensive high quality linens in our villa. We kindly request our guests to not use towels, hand towels or anyother linens to clean shoes or removing make up. Incase if the linens are found with stains, the replacement or deep cleaningcost need to be borne by the guest.
9. We don’t part take in any immoral and illegal activities. If found doing so will result in expulsion from the villa.

• Ukiyo Stays will do its best to accommodate any reasonable modifications or changes, but the Guest should be aware that some changes may not be possible. Charges may also apply.

-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - 80% refund to the customer
-Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check in date - 40% refund
-Cancellation within 45 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
• Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided
