– Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
– Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
Guest Access
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION

Ukiyo-876 Tip’Sea Villa by Utopian Villas is Luxury Villa thoughtfully designed to fulfil all your vacation desires & fantasies.
The Villa has its own private backyard/garden and a private pool. It comes with a caretaker who is at your disposal during the day. The villa is entirely air-conditioned to give you the perfect sleep after a tiring day. Every room has a private bathroom, a Smart UHD TV, a 5 Star quality mattress on a King Size bed, a luggage table, private seating & of course a beautiful view.
The space
Unlike most Villa’s in Goa that are made from various online furniture stores, I chose to go a separate way into the Depths of the markets of New Delhi where lies the biggest furniture market of Asia. Everything in the Villa from something as small as a spoon to something as big as a Bed was hand picked, tried and tested by me before it was purchased for your use. It all screams luxury.
The whole Villa is fitted with air-conditioners so good, they might fool you into thinking you’re in The Himalaya’s.
There’s 2 outdoor seatings, one by the private pool & garden and the other by the terrace garden of the master bedroom.
The private pool is standard 4 feet in depth, 20 feet long and 10 feet wide, bigger than a plunge pool but enough to have a pool party.
The Common space has a Lounge area that can seat upto 8 people facing a 55″ Smart LED UHD TV and a dining table for 8 people to comfortably enjoy authentic Indian vegetarian delicacies made by the in house cook (Extra Charges).
The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils an Indian kitchen can possibly need. There’s a stove, a chimney, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a mixer/grinder and of course a 2 door 565 litre Refrigerator.
All the 3 rooms of this luxury villa have a king size modern contemporary bed fitted with 12″ pocket spring mattresses to give you maximum luxurious & comfort after a long tiring day of painting the city red. There’s a private bathroom, luggage table, a private in-room seating, a private balcony/pool view and a 43″ Smart LED UHD television in each of the 3 rooms.
The master bathroom has his and hers basins and a bathtub for one.
All the sanitary ware in the villa is fitted by the luxury brand Kohler Co.
There is a caretaker in the villa who at all times of the day take care of you, the villa and all your housekeeping or grocery needs. They are trained to make sure your stay at the villa is safe, comfortable, hygienic and care free.
All in all this luxury villa is designed in a way that you’ll talk about it for weeks to come and will definitely want to stay here the next time around.
