To ensure your absolute comfort, the villa provides several amenities such as a generator, AC, wardrobe, hangers, torch, washing machine, geysers, towels, toiletries, medical kit, mosquito repellent, barbecue kit, bonfire, and secured parking space for up to four cars.
The property is also pet friendly, with certain rules to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your pet. Only up to two pets are allowed at an additional charge. It is important to note that pets are not allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area, and are also not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets in the villa. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. To prevent any pet hair from falling into the food, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen. PET POLICY

Ukiup 425 is the perfect vacation home because of its convenient location, unique pentagon-shaped plunge pool, eclectic-themed interiors, colonial decor, and stunning views. To ensure your absolute comfort, we provide an inverter, AC, and Wi-Fi on the ground floor, a wardrobe, hangers, a torch, geysers, towels, toiletries, a medical kit, mosquito repellent, and a bar. The bungalow features three bedrooms, all located on the first floor, with AC, double beds, and attached bathrooms. All rooms offer a beautiful hill view. The private pool is standard 4 feet in depth, 20 feet long and 10 feet wide, bigger than a plunge pool but enough to have a pool party.
The Common space has a Lounge area that can seat upto 8 people facing a 55″ Smart LED UHD TV and a dining table for 8 people to comfortably enjoy authentic Indian vegetarian delicacies made by the in house cook (Extra Charges).
The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils an Indian kitchen can possibly need. There’s a stove, a chimney, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a mixer/grinder and of course a 2 door 565 litre Refrigerator.
All the 3 rooms of this luxury villa have a king size modern contemporary bed fitted with 12″ pocket spring mattresses to give you maximum luxurious & comfort after a long tiring day of painting the city red. There’s a private bathroom, luggage table, a private in-room seating, a private balcony/pool view and a 43″ Smart LED UHD television in each of the 3 rooms.
The master bathroom has his and hers basins and a bathtub for one.
All the sanitary ware in the villa is fitted by the luxury brand Kohler Co.
